Finally, I have something to show for all my time!

A good friend and neighbor (she owns a really neat natural health company - [link] - check it out!) recently lost her German Shepherd, Casey.
It's always hard to lose a pet, but this situation had an extra element of sadness; Casey had multiple health issues, and after struggling with them for years, letting her go became the only way to end her pain.
So I wanted to do something for my friend, Leanne, (who also happens to be :iconalbusaumlupus: 's mom), in honor of Casey...

this is what became of that effort!

Photoshop - 12ish hours...

I'm still working my tail off on the Werewolf Calender image; it's to this detail but about twice the size, and has more going on in it o.o... *faint*

I had to full-veiw to tell this was a DRAWING. This is so gorgeous! I'm sure they were really happy with it! Those eyes are beautiful.

beautiful. it looks like such a gorgeous dog... this is a wonderful memorial image, I'm sure your friend was pleased with the outcome of it in spite of the loss of her dog. the colors and detail in the image are magnificent
