This is Copic markers and Prismacolor colored pencils on hot press watercolor paper. It's 12 1/2 x 6 1/2 inches, plus a good half inch border of blank paper.
I used one of Tambako the Jaguar's awesome photos as a reference: [link] ... and realizing I tend to see color where there's not. Oh well.
