This guy got created in 03...and yes, you may notice a big similarity between my tree and a photo that someone else took. (sorry, I can't remember his name.. great photographer, tho :} )
This was before I really realized that you can't just swipe someone's idea like that, and there's a big difference between copying and referencing. ;}
Oh well. All credit given where credit is due, I still liked how it turned out.

First off, faves to you for doing the wings correctly >.< it just adds so much more for me, due to the fact that I'm an Anatomy freak XP
And this itself is just incredible, all the elements works so well to create this larger than life piece. Really, it works on so many different levels.

yeah, i'm the same way. this one is pretty old (like, 10 years ago or something) but even then, dragon wings that looked like.. some godawful paper stuck between a bunch of sticks always bugged the heck out of me
