Very cool! I would only say one thing, I would have the two dragons (they are dragons right?) interacting more with the backround. It seems that they were painted and then the backround was just plastered on. Prehaps if there was some splashes where the wings entered and exited the water would be a touch better. Just a bit of a critque. Still, very well done!
