werewolf calender 2009 sketch

my sketch (so far) for the werewolf calender for 09...
i'm posting it cause I want some opinions!

so my assignment was for "family".. .. so I've got daddy wolf there on the left, mommy in the background a bit, and baby lounging in the center of everyone's attention (as it should be, hehe)
... they're gonna be out in a field of long grasses, perhaps wildflowers..
but this is where I wanted to see what people thought. Do you like the idea of wildflowers? If so, what kind? Lots, or just a few?
I wanted to do some kind of 'decorations' on the wolves... tattoos, or jewelry, or.. something! but I can't make up my mind there, either. is there anything everyone just loves? or hates?
I'm pretty sure I know what colors I want the wolves to be... (haha, yes I can make SOME decisions on my own..)...the lighting I'm a little undecided on...
my options were gonna be either direct sunlight, or dappled, like they were sitting under a big tree or something.
Rigt now I'm leaning towards dappled, just cause I think it will lend the image a closer, more "secret" feel... like you're really getting a glimpse of a special family moment, yanno?
But I may change my mind as the image evolves and I start coloring everyone... i dunno...

so I really wanted people's opinions on this... and not just on the things I brought up, but if you can think of anything else that needs addressed, I'm all ears!
gotta get this thing rolling o.o it's due in july..
