every now and then I think about making use of my ancient cafepress account and putting some of my art on some of their products..

but i'm a designer, not a marketer x.x  i totally suck at figuring out what people want.

So i guess what I'm asking is if any of you would want my art on a shirt (or anything!) from cafepress or .. a similar website?  is there a better one out there?

which of my pictures would you be willing to wear?

i'd also take suggestions or ideas for making something new that would be better suited, design-wise, for a project like this.

hurm.  just thinking :}  ideas?  throw 'em at me!

You might get more people to buy t-shirts if they are printed on more tailored shirts. For example, the last t-shirt I designed sold all but one because women liked the design of the art AND the shirt. I don't mind printed shirts if they have more room in the neck, fit a little closer and are long enough to cover when bending over. :D

I will not wear a "square with sleeves" no matter how pretty the art is, LOL.

I know the last thing you need right now is new projects :D but what about stylised line art like the "Fox" motocross accessories brand? That's the sort of thing I would happily wear on a t shirt...
Link on the off chance it's not familiar, though every 18yo with a van has it on the back window lol. [link]

Well yeah! If you could manage to get your art on a shirt, mug, etc without the square background, ie: just the character(s) I'd so buy something!

that was my thought as well.. backgrounds are great for art, posters, mousepads.. but i think the "square block of art" on a shirt is typically not attractive ;P

Cafepress did get me a little money, but I still can't find anywhere else that does better, so its your best shot. ;)

Some people already chose the ones I would request be put on a t-shirt n' stuff. But I'll list them again anyways:
